Lucy Sanford has been a top Real Estate Sales Representative in Toronto for over 25 years, specializing in the Parkdale, High Park and Roncesvalles areas.
Lucy joined Re/Max West Realty, Inc. in 1999 and consistently won awards throughout her real estate career. These include being in the top 1% of Sales Representatives in Canada from 1985-1990 and again since 1996, the Platinum Award, President’s Gold Award, Master Sales Award, Sales Achievement Award and the Pinnacle Award.
Lucy lived and worked in her specialist area of West Toronto for over 25 years, where she completed two major renovations of Victorian homes. Her in-depth knowledge of the local area is well-known and she is a frequent source of information for real estate and mortgage appraisers.
Lucy believes in supporting her local community and has sponsored two children’s sports teams at Sorauren Park, the “Taste of Roncesvalles” Festival, and Fern Avenue Public School fundraisers. She served on the Board of Directors for the Parkdale Community Health Centre and was also a long-time member of the Parkdale/Liberty Economic Development Committee.
