Kate is the newest member of the High Park Realty Group, where she is both a Sales Representative and the team’s Office Manager. Kate is very accustomed to managing multiple roles and responsibilities, bringing to the team over 10 years of sales and marketing experience.
Kate grew up in Bloor West Village, attending Runnymede PS and Humberside Collegiate. Living and working in the area for many years, Kate has an in-depth knowledge of local communities and their amenities, charms and characteristics to share with her clients.
With an Honours degree in Commerce from McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business, Kate has a strong foundation for her real estate career. This included invaluable “hands-on” business and consumer marketing experience, with an extensive internship at Fujifilm.
After graduation, Kate worked at Weston Bakeries for several years where she applied her Sales and Marketing skills to consumer goods. This then lead to a position at a marketing firm in which her responsibilities grew from Sales to national accountabilities for marketing, inventory control as well as Sales training for all new hires.
Known for her friendly, easy-going nature and a “get the job done” approach, Kate looks forward to continuing her passion for helping her clients achieve their goals.
Kate currently resides in a condo in Mimico with her partner Kevin and golden retriever Ellie. An avid animal lover and sports enthusiast, Kate enjoys travel, exploring local restaurants and patios, and time at her family cottage.
